Never over a serial number or compliance plate. Police need those to identify a recovered tool.
Never on a moving or load-bearing surface. No exceptions, whatever you ask for.
Placement always agreed with you first. Before the machine starts, not after.
Warranty-safe placement on request. Ask and we'll put the mark somewhere discreet — the base, the battery foot.
